Job Summary
Own CEBA's Executive Leadership Team meetings, setting agendas and driving discussions to ensure alignment on next steps. Manage logistics for approximately seven major annual events, including Leadership Circle gatherings and staff retreats, while coordinating scheduling and communications. Serve as the CEO's thought partner by preparing meeting materials, gathering background context, and staffing most of the CEO's engagements. Prioritize the CEO's time, manage ad hoc requests, and support the performance management cycle. Occasionally act as the point of contact for internal office matters in the CEO's absence. Coordinate across teams to maintain clarity on ownership and accountability for key initiatives. Supervise 1-2 Executive Assistant positions. Work in-office 4-5 days per week with up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Advanced degree preferred; or equal and equivalent relevant work experience
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in an executive support, chief of staff, or related role
- Demonstrated success in project management, organization, and cross-functional coordination
- Comfortable working closely and directly with senior executives
- In-office work arrangement of 4-5 days per week
- Ability to work non-traditional hours occasionally
- Travel up to 25% of the time

- Receptiveness to creative ideas and a willingness to modify approach and generate new ways to solve problems
- Independently determine efficient and effective work methods
- Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity, with an interest in identifying opportunities to adopt AI into everyday work processes
- Experience supervising or developing others is a plus but not required
