Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the SVP in charge of IT, Digital Transformation & Cybersecurity — a high-impact, executive-support role. Take ownership of select strategic IT, digital transformation and cybersecurity initiatives; structure roadmaps, track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and prepare decision-ready materials for Presidency and top management. Demonstrate rigor and transparency across deliverables, monitor budget elements, and coordinate with other Chiefs of Staff and senior stakeholders. Requires deep understanding of IT ecosystems (infrastructure, cloud, ERP, applications, interfaces), strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to provide structured insights on emerging topics (AI, technology trends). Proficiency in both French and English and a collaborative mindset are essential. Location: Marseille, France (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Engineering background preferred
- 7–8 years of experience in consulting or complex technology environments
- Proven project and program management capabilities
- Solid literacy across IT, digital transformation and cybersecurity domains
- Financial acumen and budget-tracking ability
- Strong structuring and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication skills in French and English
