Job Summary
This role seeks a strategic Chief of Staff operationally integrated with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team for Backbase. You'll orchestrate product, commercial, and service executions ensuring clarity and outcomes in decision-making. Required skills include translating technical strategies into commercial outcomes, aligning AI platform roadmaps with revenue engines, and driving disciplined operations. A background in B2B SaaS with a strong product and commercial synergy, along with experience close to C-level roles, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15+ years experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with exposure to AI, platforms, or data-intensive software
- Strong understanding of product development and software delivery, including modern platform architectures
- Proven experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Services organizations
- Prior roles near C-level, such as Chief of Staff, Head of Strategy, Senior Product or Platform leader, GM or commercial leader with product accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in platform transitions, category creation, or operating-model shifts
- Exposure to enterprise, regulated industries
- Track record of turning complex product strategy into commercially successful offerings
