Job Summary
Executive-level Chief of Staff role supporting senior leadership to execute strategic programs across strategy, operations, communications, and organizational capability. Partners with horizontal and local teams to align day-to-day work with long-term goals, manages multi-year strategic programs, prioritization and delivery roadmaps, and drives scale through process improvements. Collaborates with Communications to amplify organizational narrative and articulates feasibility and implementation plans for new initiatives. Requires strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, ability to manage high-stakes projects, and governance across matrixed teams. Emphasizes change management, open collaboration, and meticulous follow-through. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and multi-year experience in project/program management with senior stakeholders and in delivering technology projects; preferred qualifications include extensive organizational change experience and budgeting/labor strategy. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions
- At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
- At least 3 years of experience leading technology delivery projects
