Job Summary
Own planning cadence, KPI infrastructure, board and investor materials, and cross-functional coordination to build the operational backbone enabling Boltz to scale its go-to-market efforts. Operate in highly ambiguous environments by structuring information, building processes from scratch, and helping leadership make better, faster decisions across all GTM motions. Synthesize complex information through excellent written communication to ensure alignment and execution as the company grows. This high-impact, high-visibility role offers broad exposure across strategy, operations, and GTM execution for a public benefit company building AI-powered molecular modeling tools.
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in VC, consulting, or a high-growth technology company
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Excellent written communication — able to synthesize complex information clearly
- Experience building processes, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Comfortable operating without a predefined scope
Desired Qualifications
- Background in life sciences or biotech
- Experience supporting founders or senior executives
- Exposure to scaling GTM functions
