Job Summary
Chief of Staff role focused on building and running the operational infrastructure behind A1. Responsibilities include setting up new offices and entities, implementing payroll and local operations, managing vendors, supporting recruiting operations, and ensuring scalable execution across markets. Lead business operations across multiple countries, manage and develop a team of Business Operations Partners, oversee office setup and market launches, oversee payroll implementation, manage external vendors, support recruiting activities and onboarding, plan company events and operational logistics, track initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements to increase speed and reliability. Collaboration across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions is essential, with a hands-on, fast-moving approach and the expectation to contribute directly to the company’s success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business operations or strategic operations or founder's office or similar roles
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions
- Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently
- High ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes
