Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the CEO Office leading strategic alignment and execution. Partner with the founder/CEO to define, track, and drive company-wide priorities, OKRs, and critical initiatives; prepare high-quality briefings, analyses, and recommendations for C-level decision-making; lead leadership forums (ELT meetings, off-sites) with agenda management, documentation, and cross-department alignment; draft polished communications for internal teams, the Board, and investors; own high-priority, complex projects from planning through execution; identify operational gaps and coordinate solutions to enable company-wide scale. Requires 5+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or prior Chief of Staff at a high-growth startup; experience with C-level executives and high-stakes work; mature, discreet judgment; based in Malaysia (Petaling Jaya HQ) with in-person work; fintech/digital platforms background is a plus; global-trust mindset, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguity-rich environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a previous Chief of Staff role in high-growth startups
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with minimal direction and significant accountability
- Strong critical thinking, strategic planning, and executive-level communication skills
- Experience working directly with C-level executives/founders and handling high-stakes, sensitive work
- Maturity, discretion, and sound judgment - especially when navigating sensitive or high-pressure situations
