Job Summary
Lead and run the operational infrastructure behind A1 across markets, including setting up new offices and entities, implementing payroll and local operations, managing vendors, supporting recruiting operations, and enabling scalable execution. Oversee office setup, entity incorporation, market launches, payroll implementation, external partnerships, recruiting onboarding and hiring activities, and plan events and logistics. Drive multi-country operational execution, track initiatives, improve processes for speed and reliability, and collaborate with recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions to ensure timely delivery. A hands-on role focused on building high-ownership, high-standard operations in a fast-scaling company.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business operations, strategic operations, founder's office, or similar roles.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.
- Comfortable working across recruiting, finance, legal, and administrative functions.
- Able to identify problems, make decisions, and drive execution independently.
- High ownership and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.
