Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO at Basata, serving as a strategic partner and right-hand operator to drive end-to-end strategic planning, performance tracking, and high-priority incubation projects. Own corporate operating rhythm, investor storytelling, and financial health tracking; lead cross-functional workflow optimization and governance frameworks; translate operational data into clear narratives for leadership and the board. Drive high-impact initiatives across product, sales, and client teams, set up foundational approaches, and hand off to permanent owners with a focus on speed, clarity, and execution. Ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, technology or corporate operations, and a proven track record of building and operationalizing scalable processes in a fast-moving environment. Nice-to-have experience in Health Tech or early-stage B2B SaaS.
