Job Summary
Partner with the CEO on day-to-day priorities by attending key meetings, tracking decisions, and ensuring follow-through. Own the executive operating cadence, including leadership meetings, quarterly planning, and board preparation. Manage multiple simultaneous workstreams with hard deadlines while preparing investor communications, board materials, and briefing documents. Conduct research to support strategic decisions, including building financial models, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across business development, customer pilots, legal, finance, and operations. Track activity to surface the right information at the right time, support hiring by coordinating interviews and pipelines, and build internal processes to keep a lean team on track. Step into functional gaps as the company scales.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years in startup operations, management consulting, investment banking, or similar
- Ability to manage many concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines without losing track of details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable building financial models and structuring analysis from scratch
- Track record of delivering cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Technical aptitude and genuine interest in robotics or hardware
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information in a fast-changing environment
- Low ego, high ownership
Desired Qualifications
- MBA is a plus
- Experience supporting executives through board meetings, investor processes, or fundraising
