Job Summary
Chief of Rehabilitation provides leadership and strategic direction for the inpatient pediatric rehabilitation services at Bethany Children’s Health Center. Leads clinical quality, operational performance, financial sustainability, and strategic growth of rehabilitation programs, ensuring evidence-based, family-centered care and optimal functional outcomes for children. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, translates mission into a high-performing rehabilitation service, develops and executes a multi-year strategic plan, monitors KPIs across clinical quality, operations, patient experience, and workforce engagement, and mentors a multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care. Championing accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and governance structures to advance program development and access to pediatric rehabilitation services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, Health Administration, or a closely related field required.
