Job Summary
Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost sales and optimize ROI; craft channel-specific activation plans based on shopper insights and category performance data; design in-store visibility and promotional campaigns; build productive relationships with key retail partners for prime positioning and promotions; lead cross-functional projects with sales, marketing, and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns; develop and mentor team members through coaching and performance development; evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and optimize future initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 years of experience in trade marketing, category management or sales analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Creative problem-solving mindset
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team members
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
