Job Summary

Lead all aspects of the development, implementation, and consolidation of a multi-country child development and protection project, providing strategic oversight to ensure alignment across participating countries, technical teams, and partners. Serve as the primary point of accountability for overall project performance, donor engagement, and consortium management while proactively managing security risks and mitigating national and regional issues. Ensure successful completion of milestones through rigorous monitoring, verification of deliverables, and adherence to donor reporting requirements and budget constraints. Effectively lead senior programming and operations talent by managing team dynamics, providing coaching, tailoring development plans, and overseeing recruitment for senior staff. Oversee the implementation of safeguarding and child protection standards, ensure compliance with donor policies, and approve program expenditures and budget adjustments. Represent CRS programming internationally, publish results, and facilitate cross-country learning by leveraging evidence and lessons learned to strengthen project performance and adaptive management.
