Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the gynecology department while maintaining active clinical practice and patient care. Mentor and supervise gynecology staff and providers, develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, and ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance. Participate in strategic planning and program development, manage departmental resources and budgets, and lead a dedicated clinical team in an Article 28 facility. This full-time role includes a Monday through Friday schedule with a competitive salary of $300,000 to $350,000 annually plus productivity bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certified in Gynecology/OB-GYN
- 2-3 years clinical experience post-fellowship
- Advanced gynecological procedures
