Lead the Anesthesia Care Team of 15 physicians and 23 CRNAs managing an annual case volume of 19,916 across general, cardiac, vascular, neuro, ortho, ENT, GI, GYN, plastics, pulmonary, and OB specialties. Oversee operations in 20 operating rooms, a dedicated OB unit, and a Cath Lab, while supervising a dedicated OB CRNA team providing 24/7 coverage for 4,000 annual births. Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and quality within the Methodist Le Bonheur Health System, a 319-bed teaching facility recognized for its safety ratings and regional excellence.
