Job Summary
Lead clinical development and ASC operations by executing service line expansions, collaborating with physician leadership on new care pathways, and overseeing surgical outcomes, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Manage nursing leadership teams through workforce planning, training, and performance evaluations while standardizing protocols across multiple practice locations. Direct quality improvement initiatives, patient experience strategies, and EMR optimization to drive data-informed decision-making and operational excellence. Serve as a change agent for organizational growth, maintaining close communication with the Chief Medical Officer, HR, and COO to align clinical goals with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or related field
- Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or MBA preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in practicing state
- Multi-state license preferred
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership in outpatient surgical or multi-site specialty care
- Direct experience managing or overseeing Ambulatory Surgery Center operations
- Demonstrated success in clinical program development and strategic growth initiatives
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Deep understanding of outpatient care models, surgical workflows, and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in EMR systems and healthcare analytics tools
- Travel to satellite offices and ASC required on a regular basis
