Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
- Significant senior leadership experience within complex healthcare environments
- Strong track record in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety
- Experience of leading large, multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Commercial awareness, including budgeting and operational performance management
