Job Summary
Manage and oversee nursing operations, including designing roles, work processes, and workflows to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Direct nursing administration and centralized staffing, covering planning, budget, personnel management, and policy development to ensure recruitment and educational goals are met. Provide leadership on strategies for staff retention and recognition, overseeing compensation and benefit programs. Oversee continuing education, role-specific competencies, and staff development to maintain up-to-date clinical practice. Develop and implement engagement and retention plans to achieve retention goals. Set strategic goals and metrics for patient care and provide input on investments in new business lines and services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- Minimum ten or more years of progressive experience in nursing and patient care management
