Job Summary
Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing for Ignite Medical Resort Crown Point. Oversees nursing operations, clinical leadership, quality assurance, patient-care coordination, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Requires an Indiana-licensed RN who is degreed and has at least 2 years of Director of Nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility; must be able to take after-hours on-call, ensure HIPAA compliance, and drive professional standards across clinical teams. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nursing license in good standing in the State of Indiana
- Degreed as a registered nurse from accredited nursing program
