Chief Nursing Officer / Director of Nursing RN

Lead the health of each resident and coordinate services to provide the appropriate level of care as determined through the assessment process. Organize and prioritize tasks and projects while accurately completing job responsibilities within specified time constraints to meet resident needs, regulatory standards, and customer satisfaction. Maintain quality assurance and implement plans for improvement. Take call after hours and weekends, maintaining a chain of command. Requires current Illinois RN license, accredited degree, CPR/First Aid training, and two years of Director of Nursing experience in a SNF. Full access to Protected Health Information. Exceptional attendance is required.
