Job Summary
Executive leadership for nursing and clinical services across the Health System, setting overall direction for CCHS nursing departments, aligning operations with strategic goals to improve quality, safety, and cost-effective patient care. Responsibilities include directing staffing, budgeting, and human resources to meet patient care needs; ensuring licensure readiness and compliance with HIPAA; overseeing multi-department operations (Med/Surg, Ambulatory Surgery, Surgery, Emergency, Home Health, Anesthesia, Nutrition Services, Pharmacy) and serving on senior leadership committees; promoting patient safety and high-level customer service; driving quality initiatives and alignment with the health system’s strategic plan.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or the equivalent required
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska
- Basic Life Support (CPR)
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or the equivalent preferred
- Advanced Nursing Administration certification preferred
