Job Summary
Provides leadership and direction for all nursing services, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with healthcare standards. Develops and implements nursing policies, procedures, and programs; oversees recruitment, development, and retention of nursing staff; collaborates with the executive team to improve patient care outcomes; ensures regulatory compliance and quality metrics; mentors nursing managers and leaders; drives evidence-based practice and continuous improvement; manages nursing budgets and resources; participates in strategic planning and policy development as a member of the hospital’s executive team.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience
- At least five (5) years in a senior nursing leadership role (such as CNO or Director of Nursing) in a hospital or healthcare facility
- RN - Registered Nurse - state licensure and/or compact licensure
