Chief Medical Officer

Chief Medical Officer responsible for both direct clinical practice and executive leadership. 50% patient-facing clinical duties with a regular patient panel, and 50% administrative leadership to guide medical operations, quality, compliance, and organizational strategy. Lead recruitment, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical staff; develop quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and risk management strategies; manage budget and resources for the medical department; stay current with medical advancements and regulatory requirements; represent the organization in medical advisory boards and industry associations; collaborate with executives to achieve strategic goals and ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
