Chief Medical Officer - Psychiatrist

Lead quality assurance, medical management, and protocol development for the facility while providing direct patient care, physical exams, and medication management. Directly supervise clinical and administrative staff, serve as a liaison between medical and organizational leadership, and monitor adherence to clinical policies. Manage facility finances, budgets, and billing; develop organizational goals and update general policies. Provide backup call coverage and teach other personnel. Maintain current clinical records in accordance with federal, state, and industry regulations.
