Job Summary
Executive leader responsible for clinical operations, quality, and strategic direction of Philadelphia FIGHT’s Federally Qualified Health Centers. Oversees patient care, medical research, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, and development of clinical protocols to meet quality metrics and funder requirements. Provides senior clinical governance, collaboration with the executive team, and representation at external partnerships. Key focus areas include HIV-related care, LGBTQ+ health, trauma-informed care, and expanding high-quality primary care across clinics while ensuring HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA/HRSA standards and Good Clinical Practice.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree of equivalent as a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with completion of a residency program
- 10+ years of experience practicing medicine
- 5+ years supervising clinical staff
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Board Certification through ABIM, ABFM, or applicable board
- Current DEA Registration
- Experience working at a FQHC preferred
- Active DATA 2000 waiver for buprenorphine prescription
- CPR certification or willingness to be certified within 60 days
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee clinical operations
- Experience with EMR systems and regulatory compliance
