Job Summary
Lead strategic clinical initiatives and oversee all clinical functions, including quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety programs. Provide direct patient care through examinations, diagnoses, treatments, and preventive health measures. Develop clinical policies and procedures to enhance care delivery while mentoring medical providers and managing utilization review. Ensure HRSA compliance and serve as Medical Director for the CLIA-Waived Laboratory. Engage in community health initiatives and provide reports to the Board of Directors on clinical performance. Requires an MD/DO with 10+ years in primary care leadership and board certification. Full-time position with competitive compensation, 25 days PTO, and loan forgiveness eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)
- Board certification in a relevant Primary Care Specialty
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership in ambulatory or primary care settings
- 2-3 years of people management experience
- Strong track record in team development and engagement
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Data-driven decision-making
- High integrity
- Professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills
