Job Summary

Lead clinical operations, provider engagement, and quality initiatives across an integrated care network serving 13,000 patients annually. Provide clinical care two days per week while driving organizational strategy, HEDIS/UDS/HRSA quality improvements, and operational optimization. Mentor, onboard, and retain provider teams while shaping recruitment for physicians and APPs. Support service line growth and new medical locations launching in 2026 through board presentations and strategic planning. This role combines 60% administrative leadership with 40% clinical care within a collaborative FQHC environment focused on underserved Hispanic communities.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds (Pediatrics-only board certification not accepted)
  • Progressive physician leadership experience
  • FQHC clinical experience
  • Experience serving as an Associate Medical Director, Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, or in a comparable physician leadership role
