Job Summary
Lead clinical operations and provide direct patient care as the Chief Medical Officer for a military base healthcare program, supervising physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff; oversee quality assurance, infection prevention, credentialing, and clinical governance; coordinate patient referrals and medical evacuations; support emergency preparedness and mass casualty exercises; maintain accurate EMR/EHR documentation and ensure regulatory compliance; require MD or DO with residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine, current U.S. license and DEA, and minimum 5 years of post-residency clinical experience; ability to relocate internationally and operate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
