Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Medical License BE/BC
- Lead and oversee all medical providers (physicians, NPs, PAs)
- Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation

- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review processes
