Job Summary
Lead from the front to build a marketing function in India, owning brand identity, performance marketing across digital channels (Google, Meta, YouTube), SEO/content engine, and referral/creator ecosystems; implement automated lead nurturing, CRM workflows, and full-funnel attribution; develop city-launch playbooks and AI-driven marketing infrastructure; hire and develop a lean, high-output team, align marketing investments with growth targets, expansion plans, and investor commitments; drive multi-city campaigns in India and articulate a clear, human, trustworthy brand narrative for chronic pain care.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership across brand and performance
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or a high-trust consumer business
- Active, fluent use of AI tools in daily marketing work
- Experience building and managing influencer and creator programs in health/wellness/lifestyle
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing marketing talent across multiple disciplines
- Ability to translate complex clinical value into simple, trustworthy, human communication
- Multi-city or multi-market campaign experience in India
