Job Summary
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) sought to lead and scale marketing for a sustainability-focused period care startup. Responsibilities include developing and executing a marketing strategy to grow brand awareness and drive growth; crafting a brand narrative emphasizing eco-friendliness and transparency; leading market expansion and customer engagement; overseeing product launch marketing; analyzing marketing performance to optimize strategies; and building and guiding a marketing team with a culture of innovation. Ideal candidates have senior marketing experience in consumer goods/health/wellness/eco-friendly sectors, a proven track record in strategic marketing, strong digital marketing and analytics skills, and exceptional leadership and communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business is required, MBA preferred.
