Job Summary
Chief Marketing Officer role in India focused on building and leading a marketing function from the ground up. Responsible for brand-building that earns deep trust, scaling patient acquisition through full-funnel performance marketing across digital channels, and developing influencer/creator ecosystems. You will automate and systemize marketing operations, implement AI-enabled workflows, and create city-launch playbooks to enable rapid expansion across multiple Indian cities. The role requires leading a lean, high-output marketing team, partnering with the founding team to align investments with growth targets, and staying ahead of AI-driven marketing trends to drive healthcare awareness and patient engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of marketing experience with leadership across brand and performance, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a high-trust consumer business
- strong brand instincts (visual identity, tone of voice, positioning)
- deep hands-on knowledge of performance marketing, SEO, CRM, content strategy, and paid media management
- active, fluent use of AI tools in daily marketing work, from content generation to campaign analysis to personalization
- experience building and managing influencer and creator programs, ideally in health, wellness, or lifestyle categories
- multi-city or multi-market campaign experience in India
- ability to translate complex clinical value into simple, trustworthy, human communication
- systems mindset: automation workflows, marketing playbooks, and process documentation
- experience hiring, developing, and managing marketing talent across multiple disciplines
- exposure to B2B healthcare channels including insurance, TPAs, or corporate wellness
- bonus if background includes pain management, musculoskeletal health, physiotherapy, or medtech brands
- hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Zapier, n8n)
- existing network in the Delhi NCR healthcare, wellness, or creator ecosystem
