Chief Manufacturing Excellence, QE & IE

Lead change initiatives by engaging business leaders to adopt operational excellence as a standard for doing business. Partner with leadership teams to develop plans for continuous process improvements, next-level technology integration, and increased production profitability. Execute Process simplification, Value Stream Mapping, and the deployment of TPM, TQM, and Lean Practices while establishing safety standards per ISO guidelines. Act as a Six Sigma change agent to train plant leadership teams on change management and process design strategies. Guide the team in applying Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies to solve chronic problems, remove waste, and plan new products. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify savings projects across Lean, Six Sigma, technology roadmaps, and material sourcing, then validate savings and generate monthly reports. Drive plant 5S implementation toward a national award level and motivate the Kaizen system across all functions. Ensure seamless execution of the quality excellence model and apply industrial engineering principles including Time motion studies and ECRS. Manage budgeting exercises for labor, raw materials, and packing materials while driving productivity through manpower optimization and low-cost automation projects.
