Job Summary
Senior leadership role leading corporate exploration strategy across Malaysia and Western Australia. Oversees regional exploration programs, drilling designs, budget management, and timelines; acts as Qualified Person for technical disclosures; drives resource growth and mine expansion initiatives; manages geological teams and external consultants; ensures QA/QC standards, safety, and high-quality geological work; supports regulatory compliance, heritage surveys, and stakeholder engagement; responsible for data governance of geological databases and timely technical reporting (NI 43-101/JORC) and MD&A disclosures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15–20 years experience in gold exploration and resource development
- Proven track record in resource growth and near-mine expansion
- Strong experience with resource estimation and JORC or NI 43-101 reporting
- Qualified Person (QP) or Competent Person (CP) eligibility
- Experience in open-pit gold systems preferable
- Strong leadership and executive-level communication skills
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (Australia experience highly regarded)
