Job Summary
Chief Manager-Record to Report responsible for leading the end-to-end Record to Report process, including consolidation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in IFRS/GAAP, ensuring regulatory and audit compliance, and providing variance analysis and commentary. Requires expert SAP experience (SAP Hana preferred), capability to manage automation projects, and familiarity with Power BI and data analytics. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and English communication are essential, with a focus on process mapping, optimization, and collaboration across manufacturing finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of post-qualification experience in offshore finance GCCs and manufacturing company finance teams
- expert knowledge of SAP (SAP Hana preferred)
- experience leading Record to Report (R2R) processes end-to-end
- ability to prepare and present consolidated financial statements in IFRS/GAAP
- variance analysis and commentary
- experience with automation projects; exposure to Power BI and data analytics tools
- strong communication skills in English; leadership and team-building abilities
- process mapping and documentation; ability to redesign processes with controls
- familiarity with KPI-metrics environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
