Job Summary
Lead executive oversight of the Credit Union's lending function, encompassing consumer, commercial, indirect, and mortgage lending operations. Develop and implement lending strategies, underwriting standards, and policies to drive responsible growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. Direct departmental leadership, manage budgeting and financial performance, and monitor portfolio trends to achieve production goals. Negotiate major lending relationships and represent the organization in community and professional settings to expand opportunities. Provide strategic insight to senior management and the Board regarding emerging risks and business development.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of executive lending leadership experience in a financial institution
