Job Summary
Chief Investment Officer (CIO) leads Sun Life Asset Management (HK) Limited's investment management function, shaping and driving investment strategy to enhance fund performance and support MPF and broader asset management growth. Responsibilities include leading the Investment Management Team across the full lifecycle (fund and manager screening, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and performance evaluation), defining strategic and tactical asset allocation, strengthening MPF offerings, and ensuring regulatory compliance as a Responsible Officer for Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management), plus serving as an SFC-designated Key Person. The role requires building a robust investment process, risk controls, and a high-performing team, with leadership to deliver sustained performance, provide investment-related support to internal and external parties, and a strong understanding of MPF market and regional fund distribution. Qualifications emphasize senior-level expertise in investment fund analytics, portfolio management, risk management, regulatory knowledge, and a CFA or equivalent credential is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate in Investment, Finance, Economics or similar discipline
- 15+ years of working experience in fund investment or related fields

- CFA charter holder

- Experience with MPF market and product knowledge
