Job Summary
Conduct daily pipeline inspection coordination, ensuring all work adheres to drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Maintain comprehensive logs of safety, quality, and compliance issues, resolving them in a timely manner with documented corrective actions. Verify 100% of inspection reports and forms are complete, coordinate with multiple contractors, and allocate resources to daily tasks while reporting any deficiencies. Prepare pre-commissioning packets for pipeline approval and ensure all company-supplied materials are visually inspected and properly documented prior to unloading. Review issue logs weekly with Company personnel and participate in requested meetings. This role supports E2's gas pipeline construction and inspection services, requiring on-site presence in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years coordinating/inspecting construction projects for natural gas transmission/distribution pipelines
- Experience coordinating multiple contractors and inspectors across disciplines
- Ability to read and implement the OPM
- Word and Excel Computer skills
- Ability to read construction drawings, alignment sheets and valve maps and translate to actual field constructability
- Required Operator Qualifications (per contract documents)
