Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) (m/f/div.)

CISO responsible for defining and owning Keenfinity's IT security strategy across the divestiture period, overseeing security governance and operations (SOC/SIEM, IAM, ISMS) with formal sign-off authority at each BU exit, and serving as the primary security contact in buyer due diligence. Requires 8+ years in IT security leadership, strong ISO 27001/ISMS, IAM, SOC/SIEM, and cloud security expertise; fluent German and English; based in Ovar with regular travel to Munich and BU locations. Hybrid work arrangement and PE-backed, multi-site environment experience preferred.
