Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the group-wide information and cyber security agenda across Hultafors Group, defining and communicating the information and cyber security strategy, governance, risk and compliance initiatives, and security roadmap. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT leadership, architects and external partners to embed security by-design principles, oversee vulnerability management, incident response and security monitoring, and support leadership with prioritization and executive-level reporting to align security initiatives with business goals and operational realities. Possess strong executive communication skills and experience across complex, international environments; certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC and ISO27001 are considered highly valuable.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in information security, cyber security, governance or risk management.
