Job Summary
Manage the company's cyber information security operations by defining, creating, and socializing long-term strategic direction and broad frameworks to deliver shareholder value. Evaluate and mature cybersecurity procedures, establish policies and standards, and implement control mechanisms to minimize operational losses, regulatory impact, and reputational risk. Lead global adoption of best practices through collaboration with technical, business, and industry forums while ensuring appropriate governance structures and stakeholder accountability. Direct the introduction of cybersecurity across the organization by providing consultancy services to business units and participating in high-level IT architecture boards and the Systems Development Life Cycle. Oversee cybersecurity investigations, security breaches, and fraud-related matters, monitoring access controls and system logs to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Create a risk awareness program, manage the requisite budget for strategy delivery, and execute the people strategy to nurture talent and drive high performance through succession planning and coaching.

- 8 to 12 years experience
