Job Summary
Formulate and execute a multi-year Technology Strategic Plan and Digital Transformation Roadmap while providing executive oversight for the Office of Information Technology Services. Direct administrative and academic technology, enterprise applications, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions; optimize the ERP ecosystem and Learning Management System. Establish comprehensive cybersecurity governance, risk management, incident response, and business continuity frameworks ensuring strict compliance with GLBA, FERPA, ADA Section 508, and New York State Information Security Policies. Advise leadership on emerging technology trends like artificial intelligence and lead vendor strategy and cloud cost efficiency. This role reports to the Vice President of Administration at Niagara County Community College, a public two-year institution serving over 4,500 students across Western New York.
