Job Summary
Lead Flinders University's Information and Digital Services (IDS) by developing and delivering an enterprise digital strategy aligned to long-term ambitions. Oversee a complex portfolio of digital programs, balance operational reliability with modernization, strengthen cyber security and information governance, enable data-informed decision making through analytics, data platforms and emerging technologies including AI, and provide strategic advice to the Vice-Chancellor and Board. Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, foster partnerships with industry, government and research organisations, and advocate for digital transformation across teaching, research and operations. Tertiary qualifications are expected, with postgraduate credentials highly regarded, reflecting senior leadership capability in complex digital environments.
