Job Summary

Develop and execute the organization's IT roadmap, strategy, and capital budget to align with business goals and regulatory compliance. Lead the IT department, manage enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity strategy, and vendor contracts while overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Serve as a senior technology advisor to executive leadership, driving digital transformation, risk assessments, and major system implementations. Establish governance practices, performance metrics, and security controls to protect patient and proprietary data. Represent the technology function in board and strategic planning discussions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in healthcare settings
  • Strong executive leadership, strategic planning, and business partnership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to evaluate risk, make sound recommendations, and balance security requirements with business needs
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and decision-making skills
  • High degree of integrity, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business, collaboration, security, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide technology strategies
  • Executive-level experience of IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, artificial intelligence, vendor management, and technology governance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach to supporting clients, employees, leaders, and business partners
  • Commitment to confidentiality and protection of sensitive company, employee, client, and patient-related information
  • Act as a trusted advisor and technology leader who promotes accountability, transparency, and practical solutions
