Job Summary
Shape and drive the overall HR strategy, overseeing workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning across regional offices. Lead organizational change initiatives, enhance employee engagement through satisfaction and retention programs, and leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage international HR operations, and develop leadership pipelines. This high-impact role requires excellent judgment and discretion to support the Dalio family's ventures and philanthropic efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or a similar field
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the year across our offices in the UAE and Singapore
