Job Summary
Lead and oversee all HR functions within the pharmaceutical company, developing and implementing strategies that align with business goals. Partner with the executive team to shape organizational structure, culture, and talent management while providing expert guidance on HR matters to senior leadership. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, manage succession planning for key roles, and design competitive compensation programs to attract top talent. Foster a positive workplace culture by resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and leveraging HR analytics to optimize operations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- at least 5 years in an executive leadership role
- preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational change and driving cultural transformation
- Below 45 Years
