Job Summary
Develop and execute the Group HR strategy aligned with short-, mid-, and long-term corporate plans while leading workforce transformation, talent scalability, and HR digitalisation initiatives. Build and maintain the leadership pipeline for Board and C-suite roles through succession planning and high-potential development programmes. Lead the design of performance frameworks, executive remuneration, and incentive structures in close collaboration with the Board and Remuneration Committee. Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture and serve as the Group custodian for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Act as the primary advisor on industrial relations, labour law compliance, and people-related risk mitigation across the organisation. Present HR metrics and strategic updates to the Board and engage with investors and regulators on human capital matters. Manage Group HR teams, budgets, and standardised policies across multiple business units and regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Law, or related field
- 15–20 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- 5–8 years at Group HR Director / CHRO level
- Mandatory experience in Public Listed Companies (PLC) and/or multinational corporations (MNCs)
- Proven track record managing: Large workforce (multi-thousand headcount preferred)
- Proven track record managing: Multi-country HR operations
- Proven track record managing: Transformation and change management programmes
- Proven track record managing: Board-level reporting and engagement
- Strategic leadership and strong business acumen
