Job Summary
Chief Growth Officer responsible for owning the integrated growth strategy across sales, marketing, and communications, defining customer segments and channels, and sequencing investments for CredLens from early traction to broad adoption. Lead fundraising strategy in partnership with the CEO, build and scale the growth organization, ensure a disciplined, transparent pipeline, and produce concise board-ready materials that connect fundraising, revenue, and market positioning to drive strategic decisions. Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, oversee onboarding and enablement of new sales hires, and shape demand generation programs that connect brand and content to measurable pipeline results. Emphasizes data-informed decision making, market-creation mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, mission-driven, nonprofit-friendly environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience selling data products, analytics platforms, SaaS, or research services to institutional buyers
- 12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership, including 7+ years in a senior leadership role managing multiple functions
- A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in environments where the playbook was still being written
