Job Summary
Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close while ensuring accurate regulatory filings under GAAP. Lead long-term financial planning, budgeting, and scenario analysis to support business strategy, alongside managing asset/liability, treasury, and liquidity strategies. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board, presenting financial insights to drive decision-making and ensure organizational stability. Manage the finance and accounting teams while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, lending, and risk units.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-functional teams or business units
- Extensive experience within banking or highly regulated financial services
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, regulatory reporting, and financial management in regulated environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Proven ability to drive strategic financial initiatives, influence decision-making, and communicate effectively with executive leadership and boards
