Job Summary
Wawona Frozen Foods is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy, oversee accounting and business intelligence functions, and ensure organizational financial health. Requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, MBA or CPA, and 10+ years of leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA and/or CPA required
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience with proven leadership
- Executive presence with proven ability to interact with investors, boards, and all organizational levels
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Strong background in food manufacturing
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, or Business Central
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, DocuSign, and related systems
